Sport Activations is a series of immersive, game-based experiences combining interactive design, physical gameplay, and digital feedback systems to enhance fan engagement. The project focuses on translating core elements of sport into fun, shareable experiences that allow audiences to actively participate.

The experience was built around physical interactions inspired by football mechanics, transforming familiar actions into a spatial game format. I focused on designing the full interaction flow, from attracting players to participation and photo opportunities. The environment and gameplay were integrated to creating not just an individual interaction, but a collective fan moment within the space.

Booking.com × MLB (Miami)

For Miami, it was an interactive baseball pitching game, celebrating the partnership between Booking.com and MLB. The users start by capturing a memorable photo with the gleaming trophy against a branded backdrop. Then, it tests their skills by pitching baseballs at targets mounted on a recessed wall. Each successful hit scores points and is recorded on the leaderboard, where top scorers compete for an exciting prize. They learn about the powerful partnership and its benefits while enjoying this thrilling experience.
